To Study in Canada
Canadian academic institutions welcome students from around the world. More than 215,000 foreign students were enrolled in Canadian institutions in 2000. Foreign students must meet certain immigration requirements to obtain an authorization to study in Canada.
To be eligible to study in Canada
You must have been accepted by a school, college, university or other educational institution in Canada.
To be eligible, you must prove that you have enough money to pay for your:
1. tuition fees
2. living expenses for yourself and any family members who come with you to Canada and
3. return transportation for yourself and any family members who come with you to Canada.
